The Castlemont 3 Rs add important structure to everyday life here at school. Throughout the school day students should be following the 3 Rs, which will help to make for a successful day. In the class they can be respectful by raising their hand, speaking with inside voices, and using kind words. To be responsible in the classroom students can turn their assignments in, help other students when needed and help to keep the classroom tidy. Birthday Book Club pictures for February birthdays will be taken on Friday, Feb. 5th, 9:30am to 9:45am. Those interested in participating should send in books to classroom teachers before that day. If you prefer you may send in a suggested donation of $20, then your child may choose from a pre selected group of books available the day of pictures. |

Join district math coaches at an upcoming math information event. Discover ways of supporting children at home with the shift to the Common Core math standards. Spanish translation will be provided. Just one last little update from our Book Fair Crew. Our book fair was able to get over 1700 books into the hands of the Castlemont Students. This translates to over 300,000 reading minutes. We would like to thank everyone for their participation and support of this event. |
