I am a teacher on special assignment, working with students and teachers campus-wide as an Equity TOSA. I have been with Campbell for 25 years, as a classroom teacher and instructional Equity TOSA. I support teachers through demonstration lessons, collaborative planning and teaching, and reflective questioning. I facilitate conversations with individual teachers and entire grade levels all in an effort to help teachers provide the very best instruction for our students as well as provide high-quality professional development at Castlemont.
As I continue to refine my practice as an instructional leader, I decided to obtain my administrative credential to make a greater impact at my site and at the district level. My determination to help, coach, lead, support and be compassionate is an essential part of who I am. I aspire to be a collaborative leader who inspires and empowers others to reach their goals.
It is my vision to provide a safe and positive environment where students, teachers, and parents believe in themselves and have the capacity to change lives, create, learn, and have fun while empowering one another!
