Bike to School Day - May 4
Our School is participating in National Bike to School Day on Wednesday, May 4th.
Join children and adults around the nation to celebrate the benefits of bicycling and walking.
5 Steps to Safe Riding:
- Wear a Helmet: Make sure that the helmet fits on top of your head, not tipped back or forward.
- Be Visible: When riding on the road, always ride on the right hand side (same direction as traffic).
- Be Predictable: Ride in a straight line, don’t weave in and out of traffic.
- Follow the rules of the road: Obey the same traffic laws as drivers of cars, including all the traffic signs and signals.
- Have fun!
