Spirit Days

Welcome to the start of a new year! We are excited as ever to get this year going! We've made some changes to our Spirit Days!  In the past, we’ve designated every Friday as “Wear Your School Colors/Castlemont T-shirt Day”, and this year we’d like to add something a little different.  As well as wearing our school colors and/or Castlemont t-shirt on Fridays, we are going to designate one Wednesday a month where students, faculty, and staff get to dress according to a certain theme.   

Here is the schedule for this year’s Spirit Days:

Wed. Sept. 27th Neon Day - wear your brightest neon colors

Wed. Oct. 25th Sports Day - wear your favorite team’s jersey, hat, etc...

Wed. Dec. 20th All One Color Day - wear one color, one color only

Wed. Jan. 24th Pajama Day - wear your favorite PJs to school

Wed. Feb. 28th Inside Out Day - have fun - wear your clothes inside out

Wed. Mar. 28th Disney Day - dress in your favorite Disney clothes

Wed. Apr. 25th Hat Day - wear your favorite hat all day long  

Wed. May 23rd College Shirt Day - wear your favorite college shirt

Every month, classrooms will compete to win the Spirit Dragon and a popsicle party. Winning classrooms will be determined based upon the highest percentage of participation within their grade span (TK-2 and 3-5).  Winners will be announced at our monthly spirit assemblies.
