Nominations for 2022-2023 Castlemont HSC Board of Directors due by April 12th

Castlemont Home and School Club is seeking nominations for the 2022-2023 Board of Directors.  There are three openings:  VP Fundraising, Financial Secretary and Secretary.  Terms are two years.  If you are interested in any of these roles, or know someone who might be interested, please complete the form below by April 12, 2022. 

Nominations of other people are not binding and they will not be automatically on the ballot, but it does give us an opportunity to reach out and have a conversation with them.  Elections will be held in April'22.

Key highlights of each role include:
1.  VP Fundraising:  Responsible for fundraising activities (coordinates big school wide fundraisers such as Charleston Wrap, Double Good Popcorn, etc; identifies dates for community fundraisers like Kona Ice and/or restaurant dine-ins; and is responsible for overseeing coordinators planning big events like Jog-a-Thon and Fall Family Festival)
2.  Financial Secretary: Disburse funds and coordinate with Treasurer on key financial activities
3.  Secretary:  Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, publish minutes to HSC members and help with other communication as needed.
Note: The incumbents for these roles will not have children at Castlemont next year so we need new parents to fill these vacancies.

We especially need a Financial Secretary since all checks must be signed by both the Treasurer and Financial Secretary.
