Scrip

Scrip is an easy way to support Castlemont without spending extra money. Scrip is another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards. Order Scrip gift cards for a wide variety of merchants, including grocers, gas stations, retail stores and restaurants. These merchants agree to donate a percentage of the money spent back to our school. Percentages range from 1% to 20%, depending on the merchant. They also make great gifts! Orders are due by February 27th. Expected delivery is March 7th. Forms are available in the school office, at castlemontsc.weebly.com or by clicking here.

How do you contract head lice?
Lice are "equal opportunity" parasites. They infest all socioeconomic groups, races, genders and ages, but are more commonly found in children due to their close contact with each other. It is important for you to know that lice are not a sign of poor hygiene and they do not transmit disease.

How do I prevent head lice?
While preventing head lice entirely can be difficult, parents should discourage their children from sharing personal items such as hats, earmuffs, helmets, brushes or combs. And, children should also avoid head-to-head contact with other children. Following these easy suggestions will help avoid this annoying problem. For additional information, please contact the school office.

At drop off and pick up times, please continue to use patience and follow the traffic laws. In particular, help Castlemont be a good neighbor by keeping driveways clear. Our neighbors are also trying to do their business during the day and must be able to come and go from their driveways at all times. Thank you!
