Campbell Union School District's Innovation Coaches, Amanda Haughs and Misty Kluesner, will be hosting a hands-on parent information session to help families understand the Common Core State Standards in K-5 mathematics. Please join us on Thursday, March 22nd, 6:00-7:00 pm, in the Multi-Use Room at Castlemont, to examine the different ways that students are doing math in Common Core classrooms.
They will also provide tips and resources for supporting your student at home with mathematics.

Special Guest at Coffee with the Principal

Guest Administrators will be here to do a short presentation on our new TK-8 Campbell School of Innovation (CSI) opening in the fall of 2018. They will share information about enrollment, the instructional program, construction, and also answer any questions that you may have.

Campbell School of Innovation opens August 2018 for grades preschool through 4th, and will add grades 5-8 over the next few years. Enrollment is happening now, and the Open Enrollment(to request a school) period ends Friday, March 16 at 4 p.m.

Easy Online Registration. Extended Hours for Those Needing Assistance.
Campbell Union School District’s elementary and middle school registration is continuing, and the process will be almost paperless.
- To enroll children in any of the District’s award-winning elementary or middle schools, or in its new TK-8 Campbell School of Innovation, go to www.campbellusd.org/enrollment.
- For the 2018-19 school year, current 4th grade students will remain at their current elementary school for 5th grade. Parents of current 5th graders at elementary schools will receive information about middle school placement before January 23.
Special services are available for those needing assistance with the online process:
- The Enrollment staff and public-access computers will be available for special Open Enrollment hours through Mar. 16, 2018*, to assist people with their registration.

The Book Fair will be open during lunch and after school. Family Night & All For Books Bake Sale will be Wednesday, March 7th, 5:30-7:30 P.M. We will need volunteers for set up/take down, cashiers, door monitors, etc.

Come and discover a whole new world! CUSD Extensions presents Castlemont and Rosemary Elementary Schools'' students will be presenting three performances of Disney's Aladdin Kids. Performances will be held in the Castlemont Multi-Purpose Room on Thursday, March 1st, 7:00 P.M., Friday, March 2nd, 7:00 P.M., and Saturday, March 3rd, 2:00 P.M. Tickets are $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. Tickets may be purchased online at http://www.seatyourself.biz/campbellusd, or at the door the day of the performance.
