Our School is participating in National Bike to School Day on Wednesday, May 4th.

Join children and adults around the nation to celebrate the benefits of bicycling and walking.

5 Steps to Safe Riding:

  1. Wear a Helmet: Make sure that the helmet fits on top of your head, not tipped back or forward.
  2. Be Visible: When riding on the road, always ride on the right hand side (same direction as traffic).
  3. Be Predictable: Ride in a straight line, don’t weave in and out of traffic.
  4. Follow the rules of the road: Obey the same traffic laws as drivers of cars, including all the traffic signs and signals.
  5. Have fun!

We have a special project happening at Castlemont School on Tuesday, April 26.

Guest videographers will be on campus Tuesday to record some of the great things we do here at Castlemont.  They will be video-recording students' activities all around campus, including in classrooms.

If you have any concerns about your child being included in the video, please let the school know as soon as possible.

Like you, we are proud of Castlemont School, and this video project will help us tell our story to others.
