Planning Ahead in the Morning

<p><i>Parents, we understand that on a rare occasion you might need to drop off something for your child. But, please help us to avoid interruptions in the classrooms. Here’s how you can help:</i></p><ul><li><i>Make a checklist by your front door: does your child have his/her backpack, lunch, homework, jacket, glasses, plan for after-school pick-up, etc.?</i></li><li><i>If your child is eating a lunch from home, please send it with your child. Avoid bringing lunches to the school during the school day.</i></li><li><i>If you drop homework off during the school day, we only put it in the teacher’s box. The teacher will probably not see it until the next day.</i></li><li><i>Make your plans for afterschool pickup and tell your child the plans before school.</i></li></ul><p><i>Thank you so much for your help avoiding disruptions in the classrooms.</i></p>
